Reiki & Sound Relaxation by Kewal
Kewal offers Reiki and sound relaxation, individually or as a combined experience.
Reiki is a healing technique that uses gentle touch and energy work to support relaxation, peace, and well-being. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning life energy. Sessions include a brief talking check-in, Reiki session, and personalized sound relaxation which may include gong, chimes, singing bowls, ocean drum, and/or song.
Sound relaxation is a guided relaxation process for deep rest, supported by immersive sounds of soothing musical instruments.
Sessions can be done as 1:1 individual sessions or as group sessions. These services are offered in the greater Phoenix area.
Funded (no cost) spots are also available for Gong Yoga Nidra events with Kewal, which combine guided relaxation and sound in a small group setting. See our Events page for upcoming Gong Yoga Nidra events.
