Apply for Support Funding

Thank you for your interest in our support fund for wellness services. While most of our providers are based in Arizona, we also have some services that are provided online and can be made available, regardless of location. Anyone who is age 18 or older in need of support is welcome to apply. Priority is given to underserved groups. Funding is awarded based on our available funds and availability of services. Funding for specific events must be submitted at least 1 week prior to the event date. Thank you!
