Cleckner Law guides families through all their estate and life planning documents needs. In addition, they support birthing people and families who’ve gone through injury, trauma, unfair treatment, or had their informed consent ignored during pregnancy, birth, or postpartum.
Services available through The Welcome Wellspring Support Fund are community-based, group events for creating and notarizing essential life planning documents such as Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, Living Will, and Guardianship for children. These events offer a supportive, cost-effective option for creating these documents, with the guidance of an attorney. Cleckner Law also works individually with clients and can provide individualized estate planning; however the community-based, group events are the only services available through The Welcome Wellspring Support Fund.
